If you are a tenant looking to rent, our staff have visited all the properties and can give you advice as to suitable location, interior decor and any other special facilities the property has. This will cut down on time wasted visiting unsuitable properties that you clearly are not looking for, and we take the time to match all suitable properties before we make that appointment. Some other agents may not do this, again making you feel your custom is not valued.
